Open the cassette (see pos 6 below), take out the internal roll and rewind it. Click here for instruction movie.
How do I open a Roll Up to change the image?
First of all you must secure the spring with a hexagonal key. The cassette of Roll Up Professional is then opened by clicking the release button underneath the system while the Roll Up Classic needs a screw driver to be opened. Click here to download PDF manual for Roll Up Classic.
I have a damaged system. Is it covered by the Lifetime Warranty and how do I get help with the repair?
The Expolinc products are covered by a Lifetime Warranty, which in short means that the product will be repaired free of charge, if the damage is caused by manufacturers defect. If repair is not possible it will be replaced. The Lifetime Warranty does not cover consumables, like spotlight bulbs, or wear and tear on transport bags. To get your system repaired you should contact the Expolinc dealer from whom you have purchased the system or visit Where to buy where you can find your nearest dealer. Most probably the dealer will be able to help you right away, but if that is not possible the dealer will return the system to us for assistance.
